| AHHHHH IT'S HIKONYAN!!! GREATEST OF ALL MASCOTS! (He's the mascot of Hikone Castle and became sort of a symbol of Shiga, making all the other prefectures jealous and inspiring them to create their own mascots. This, therefore, is the closest I could get to him to take a picture.) |
